Dear RASA Golfers and Members,

What a fabulous fun filled Golf day had by all, despite huge
delays in getting the day started and then the Gods playing
mighty with a little lightening storm.

We eventually got the field off to a fairly well start and then the
day gave way to some outstanding golf...some extraordinary
shots and some well ...not as extraordinary ...as agreed those
are the best kept secrets of the day, and as some players
described it... Just add more TEQUILA -

The day ended with a magnificent sunset stretching over the
terrace - as all enjoyed sundowners and delectable
Mediterranean deli platters full of scrumptious dips olives and
tapanades and tazikkis.

The evening followed suite with a stunning cocktail candlelight
dinner and some Hi energy Diski dancing , not forgetting to
mention the fabulous prizes that were won by all the players
ending the evening off with coffee and yummy deserts.

I am sure that you will all agree that the celebrations
surrounding the RASA golf day was memorable, with good
networking opportunities, reuniting with old friends and making
new, lots of laughter and great prizes

A Huge BIG thanks to Gaby at Randpark for assisting RASA in
making the day such a huge success and for extending her
services beyond her call of duty. As well as to the caddy
master for his efficient scorecard keeping skills.

A further thanks to all the players who participated in the
competition ,some walking more than others; others swimming
;paddling or just taking a stroll in the rough, wherever they
walked it seemed that fun was had by all.
And then to all those manning the holes thank you to for
making the day so much fun, especially the girls at Sir Juice for
their warm welcoming smiles and interesting cocktail mixes.

Thanks to SAT for their continued contributions in the promise
to promote restaurants in exciting times that lie ahead as well
as for the sponsoring of the SAT DISKI dancers and DVD´s.

I would also like to thank my staff for their commitment in
ensuring the day was a huge success and for their continued
commitment to the Association and our members - Josi; Bibi;
Paula and Aysha - Thank you for all your hard work and efforts

Let´s not forget to thank all our valuable sponsors for their
contributions and donations of prizes especially to GOLFERS
CLUB FOURWAYS for their support to the Association -
without your contributions the Golf Day could never have been
a success
So thank you again for everything you did to contribute towards
the success of this spectacular event.
