CLOSURE SURVEY

The Restaurant Association of South Africa is
currently doing a survey regarding restaurant
store closures and would appreciate your
cooperation.

The purpose of this survey is so that we have a
clear picture of the number of restaurants that are
closing down and the reasons why they are
closing. We have noticed that in recent years a
growing number of restaurants are closing before
they reach 1 year of operation for various reasons
and because of that the restaurant industry as a
whole is being affected in a negative way.

So if you could please provide me with the
following information, so that we can put together
a strong presentation to take forth to government
and have the issue resolved.
